Many People have mixed feelings about the numbered poles that Southwest use to board people :) but I have noticed out of all other airlines I fly, its the FASTEST way to board people on the plane, and I also think it's even statistically proven as well. Thank for the tips!!!! Aloha

Have flown Southwest for years and I always love the pilots. Most that I’ve had have had a great sense of humor. Had one pilot start singing “Up Up and Away” as we were taking off. Their announcements are always great! LOVE SOUTHWEST!!!

Frontier had the worst ground crew EVER, to the point I was asking for the restroom while in the airport, and they could not give me any information without charging me, no to mention they made a young mother crying while holding her baby.

I flew on Southwest recently, and was in the B group, but arrived late, they let me cut the line, so I still was able to get a decent seat. I had a backpack with me, and was able to just store it under the seat ahead of me. It is important to get there early, be there when they start boarding. Southwest is a good airline for cheaper flights. They are efficient in taking your luggage. You can use their kiosks, to get your boarding pass, and luggage ID stickers. Plus, I was able to check in 24 hrs, buy my tickets, with my cell phone, which I'm sure is available for other airlines, but it's always a nice feature to use.

I was catching a SW flight and the time came to get in line there was a Shaquitha ( a variant of a Karen) who thought that because she stood up first no one should be ahead of her and anyone who got in front of her was a target of her wrath. People please, when your in line don't be offended if someone else ask you what number you are. that how it works . you cannot tell if you are in the right spot if you don't know what number the person behind and in front of you are.

the reason WHY I hate the middle seat too is because (with due respect to you!) if a guy has not taken a shower and you sit next to him...OMG!!!! also, if a woman who uses a LITTLE TOO MUCH and the worse, If during the just gotta go to the restroom to take a pee!!! I learned REAL GOOD how to appreciate the seats at the isles....
