1st time user. Looks like my Helix came up in the “templates” mode and I didn’t know any better so I downloaded the patches into the empty preset slots. Looks like I should have used the User 1, 2, 3 areas. Does it matter? Will they function correctly?

My guitarist shared his Helix patch with me, but when I try to upload it, I am hit with an error message "unable to import because preset translation not supported, dsp block constraint exceeded." He has the LT and I have the Stomp XL. Any insight here?

hello! just purchased a john mayer preset from your website. I am trying to import presets/patch into my hx stomp with my mac but it gives me an error.. Would you happen to know why? I bought it for hx stomp on your website for for some reason it tells me its a helix preset. The error it gives me says "8704 preset translation not supported, too many parallel dsp paths"
