The dream is to live off dividends, right? Well you need to start with how much you need to invest in dividend stocks and which are the ones that will give you the monthly cash flow to pay the bills. That’s going to depend on where you live and how much rent you need to pay with dividends.

It’s a lot of questions so I decided to update one of my most popular videos to show you exactly which dividend stocks to buy and how to pay the rent. I’ll reveal the average monthly rent by state and then the best dividend stock to help you pay it.

Buying a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $560K for sometime now, my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategie;s ... I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Hi thanks for the info, I just want to understand the profit percentages shown are annual returns? For example a MAIN share with a return of 7 percent every month? Or at the end of the year they get an annual return of 7 percent and they just pay it every month

I began my investment journey at the age of 38, primary through hard work and dedication. now at the age of 42, I'm thrilled to share that my passive income exceeded $100k in a single month for the first time.this success reinforces the important of the advices mentioned earlier. It is not about achieving quick wealth but rather ensuring long term financial prosperity.
