Cause: Hydraulic lifters. Oil pump was bad causing no oil circulation to the the head.
Solution: Went ahead and bought the whole front cover that came with the oil pump and a front main seal that was already installed. I also bought a new oil strainer/gasket. I started car everyday for about 15 minutes and the sound eventually went away within 3 days.
