The perfect Saturday DYI. I decided to take my at home recovery to the next level and figured I would take you guys along for the ride. Here I show you how I took a 15.9 cu. ft. Deep Freezer and convert it into an Ice bath. This is Part 1 of a two part video series. I hope you guys find some value in this video and helps if you decide to make an Ice Bath for your own personal use.

Bro you are really good at explaining things man you have a true gift with giving out details. Probably one the best video I’ve seen on explaining cold water therapy plunges with chest freezers.
