Very graceful i would love to learn Tai Chi Quan most of my background is in Karate, a blend of Kickboxing consistent of Muay Thai, Kyokushin, Shotokan, Kenpo, as far as that goes and currently a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu ive been doing martial arts for over half my life but i dont feel like ive ever had a chance to learn something softer like Tai Chi and now that im getting older it would be a nice change

I love the leg sweep at the end. Does Chen family have leg sweeps? They’re is a couple of leg sweeps and hook kicks hidden in 13 postures.
