An absolutely BOSS video! Love that she included Twitch streaming which is interesting coming from her. Her ranking makes sense to me. I’d say the biggest downside to streaming on Twitch and maybe in general is the competition for viewership is extremely high and the job is has no time leverage at all. 8-12 hour streams just to make less than minimum wage is not optimal. And not easy to scale offline. Very difficult just doing streaming by itself.

I think the last one of being an expert in my field at a D rank business, is probably an A or B for me. I've just never gone past the solopreneur-freelancer stage and now work corporate.

I like that most of the Hormozi's content reference the hierarchy of competence, because I know where I'm lacking most and that's sales/marketing even though I have some experience in it, now I just need a coach to help me go further faster, because I don't know wtf I'm doing and I'm scared lol. 😅

One thing about landscaping is that if you have a skid loader, you can use that piece of equipment year round if you do snow removal in the winter. Provided it snows a lot where you are.
