i had the vsg a few weeks before you had yours,
the start sucked but this is so worth it. i have spent this time learning new habits, its tough i am a sugar addict and hadnt been without soda since april for the longest period in my memories.
i have noticed my ability to hike and bike has increased dramatically. im already smaller than when i was in 9th grade. i havent been able to wear an xl shirt in 20 years. keep marching forward and take care of yourself.

What I think would be a nice video is a video showing a weeks worth of meals and their actual portions.

Like you say 3/4 of a cup, but i have trouble visualizing what that would look like. Id be interested in knowing the different kind of foods you are preparing or ordering.

What your saying about looking in the mirror & not seeing it straight away… I totally get that, it’s like your friend’s & family see the weight loss before you do. I see it now after loosing 84lb, and you will see it more as you progress & you will Eric. You have so much more weight loss to come & it’s so worth it ❤

Just had my surgery August 28, 2023 down 30 pounds I am grateful but a little depressed for some reason can barely eat on purée foods now my day 16 will be glad when I heal and can go back to feeling normal

I had Gastric Bypass 10/22 1999-coming up on 24yrs- best thing I ever did, It is not a miracle- requires life style change -so many gain all there weight back. You can do it !!

Your video made my day. It's been 14 days since I had my gastric bypass surgery. I totally related about fitting in the booth. Went with my family to Dennys. I had water with lemon 😊. I was so surprised that I fit in the booth. Seeing the space between the table and my belly was amazing. Congratulations on your weight loss. Thanks for keeping it real.
