Get your history right. Congress was forced to accept the partition to gain independence and the Muslim League was not prepared to be part of India if certain rights were not given to them. Jinnah was using partition to gain more rights for his community. There was already an underground momentum building for this separation.

I have studied history, In 1942 Congress was leading QUIT India movement and in Quit India movement there was participation of all communities, and so this statement that Congress accepted partition in 1942 is not supported by historical facts. RSS was opposed to India getting independence was only organisation which was opposing QUIT India movement

There was no other political party to fight or negotiate with British. We were beggars and we wanted the powerful Britishers to get out of India peacefully and let us run our own government! Congress was the only party who had worked tirelessly for years to reach this position. Muslim league, RSS were small parties who just looked for their selfish purpose! Congress had no other way to give in to these people and somehow get freedom, the greater cause for India!
It’s easy to sit and discuss in a free country today after 77 years that ohh, Congress divided the country!
