I have this problem from time to time with Fury RGB memory on my Aorus Z690 Elite DDR4. The software/board worked fine for the Aorus branded DIMMS but in DDR4 I could only go 32GB max (I wanted a min of 64GB) So I got 128GB (4x32) of Fury RGB and that works with the Fusion 2.0 except from time to time, one stick won't be in sync with the static colour I set the whole build to. After loading RGB Fusion 2.0, it pings it back to sync again so no biggie but confirming this is a problem I experience.

when i play games my ram rgb is off when i off the games my rgb ram is on what happend ?

The RAM changes colour
The GPU changes colour
The MOBO changes colour
BUT
The RGB on the Case's fans are just white
The RGB on the Cooler master fans + CPU cooler itself is just white as well.

idea how to fix this lol
