One word of advice, which I'm sure you already know, but some less experienced readers may find helpful:
ALWAYS disconnect the power source when soldering any electronics - no matter how small the battery - even if they are completely dead.
Not only for your safety, but you also run a high risk of permanently losing some functionality (killing an LED, key switch or other parts), maybe even killing your device entirely! Although the power may seem completely drained, even if you test it with a multimeter, there could still be a residual charge remaining in the device in the battery or capacitors.
With even the tiniest electrical discharge or shortage caused by the metal soldering iron tip, solder, screwdriver, etc. (EVEN JUST STATIC DISCHARGE!) you risk destroying any of the many components on the PCB. This is especially true with the sensitive SMD components found in most of today's consumer electronics. And this is generally not something most people can reasonably repair.
Once you fry a small SMD component, unless you're a skilled technician or can hopefully have it repaired by one, you have very likely lost all functionality that component was needed for. Possibly even bricked the device - AKA - you're screwed!

So if in doubt, ask /r/electronics for help! The many knowledgeable users there will be glad to help in any way they can!

I have been having this problem with my Redragon K616 pro. Tried driver updates and stuff but it never worked. And their customer support is so bad they were asking me to ship they keyboard to them, and pay for the shipping charges (even though it's under warranty). Never thought the fix could be this simple. Hey Vronti, I have a similar problem where one row of keys have this problem. Whenever I set it on a single color, for example pink, the third row is blue. (Goes for a lot of colors, and for every RGB effect.

And whenever I set it to red, the whole row isn't lit up, it doesn't have a red light.
How can I be able to fix it?

Hi, my keyboards LEDs don't display some colors and i don't have the small led soldering section on the backplate, it's just the 2 solder stems on the bottom that are for the switch, is there any fix around this or do I have to remove all my switches to access the led soldering points?

Hey bro.. the green led under my space bar it's constantly green. If I turn the lights off it stays green. If I reset the keyboard, all the lights flash blue except the space bar which stays on. Nobody seems to have a good answer online
