The second is to take a warm bath before bed. Dr. Janine shares research on the warm bath effect. Warming up between one hour and eight hours before bed increases your slow-wave sleep. Lastly, Dr. Janine suggests getting into a high-heat sauna, not too close to bedtime, but this will help your body cool down to get a good night’s sleep.

Thanks for that information doctor gorgeous. I have a sort of a cold room but when I get to bed 🛏 I read for 45 minutes or so to wind down with a electric blanket boiling the ass off me and when I turn the lights out I turn it off. How is this?
