Just some tips as a vfx artist, match the fps of the camera with the fps of your vfx, realistic shakes change angle and pan in a blunt and inconsistent way therefore change the proportions in the video with multiple key frames close to each other as opposed to a few key frames a few seconds between. Also, don't use a static background with vfx, use a background that has motion such as birds in the sky or trees dancing in the wind.

These are some of the things I learned working for multiple film companies to make vfx and cgi more realistic. Hope this helps!
