I have Raynauds & it doesn't just turn white. They can turn blue & purple. The painful part is when blood comes back to the finger or fingers.I get it alot on both my hands & feet but it is usually more than one. Thanks to Raynauds as a first symptom I was diagnosed with Systemic Limited Scleroderma. It is a rare autoimmune disorder.

Both my mom and I have raynauds. When I took my goalie gloves off after soccer my fingers were pure white, and I took picture and showed my mom, and then she told me I had raynauds just like her. It’s not anything really it’s just makes that part of the body feel kind numb and tingly

I have this, a good way to put it is that my feet and hands feel allergic to the cold, not even gloves meant for the disease work for me. holding a cold can of soda from a cooler burns. and if i take my hands out of my pockets during the cold they swell up for 1-2 hours

I’ve had a similar experience during one of my friends birthday parties. It never really happened to me before, so I pretty shocked when I took off my shoes to see that my middle toe had gone pale. I knew my aunt had this happen to her constantly, but I didn’t think much of it until that moment. I kind of just got a bit hysterical after that and geared up laughing, still have videos of it to this day :’)

I have that but my hands and feet turn almost purple from lack of circulation not white. They go from red to blue to almost like a purplish black

Yup, i have reynauds syndrome (slightly different in severity) and fr, then they go bright red when warmed back up. Winters and getting too cold after showers make my extremities look like I'm dead 😅
