The best solution for me is MOVEMENT. A brisk walk or dancing works really well. Plus eating a little piece of root ginger also helps.

I was diagnosed with Raynaud's and I am trying to cut back on caffeine and walk more. My job and home can get stressful at times. Can't change that, just need to learn how to handle better.

Yesterday I was snowshoeing through waist deep snow for over an hour at work, even though my heart rate average was 138 my fingers still spasmed and froze in my insulated gloves. Maybe my mother in law is right and I should move my family south lol

I add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to my breakfast daily. My fingers don’t turn white anymore. My toes have blue stripes wether they are warm or cold. My physicians assistant only thinks it’s because he felt that my feet were cold when I was in his cold exam room. Anyone else have this?
