Use this simple, yet dynamic, warm up drill to help your team either get ready for a game, or work on range of passing.
This drill involves the players playing one touch short passes, along with long range passing, either side of some dynamic work through a ladder/gates/poles.
Encourage the players to switch up the passes, some being driven, some in the air, and be sure to focus on the player waiting for the ball to be dynamic and active.
