I want to get the surgery but i do not want to become underweight, i want to be husky at least, solid is what i mean, i see alot of surgeries where some people look severely underweight afterwards

He looks unhealthy to me and under weight… I’m thrilled for him getting to see the scale go down a lot.. but I’m sorry and I don’t mean to sound any kind of way… I hope he’s truly healthy.
