Great video! For a house that price it needs a utility room and a bigger upstairs bathroom. On the plus side the living room and back garden are a good size .

Should have made this a 3 bedroom, those 2 small bedrooms are not big enough to fit wardrobes, not enough storage space.

This is rather a 2 bed 2 study 2.1 bath.
You could use the small rooms closet spaces.

Garden is well propotioned but the home and layout is quite disappointing
