God the first one feels like a south park sketch, i think its kinda gross that the reporters were allowed in and not help at all

"Excuse me miss! Is this ur first time as a hostage? How does it feel to have a gun to ur head? This is great stuff!"

I love that you can't say "meth" on Youtube. Great, now listeners won't know what to avoid.

Wait, so for the case of little Ursula let me see if I understand this correctly- They tested his DNA not once, but a second time when they had better testing, and it wasn’t a match either time? But because he had a tape in his house which was a recording of a radio station jingle (or what sounded like it could be a radio station jingle) and that same jingle was played on the phone by Ursula’s kidnappers, he was found guilty of this?! And it was almost 20 years after the fact, while the police were rushing against the statute time, Ursula’s own brother doesn’t think it was him, and after the case was closed someone else ADMITTED TO IT but since they had already gotten a conviction they just chose NOT TO look into the letter at all?! I mean… holy shit? At the very LEAST they could’ve put minimal effort into finding out more about the letter… am I the only one who thought that case was totally fucked?

The case of Ursula Hermann makes me so sad... I usually don't get to hear stories like that happening not really far away from where I live. Also I kinda think german police just wanted to have a guilty person because they couln't find the real ones, I mean they checked the DNA 2 times and still said: Yeah but he is definetly the perpetrator *facepalm*

Kaylee's was sad, but she was such a sweetheart during that moment. She could've just not do it, but she didn't want everyone to die (even though it's just the hallucinations), and went on with it :(

Klaus, Werner, Hans and Deiter?! I'm not finished with the video yet but if Wilhelm comes up we have a German bingo.

Robert's brother killed a kid and is currently walking as a free man?! And his mom was complacent in hiding the body?! I mean, serial killers gotta get their inspirations from somewhere, I guess.

The thumbnail made me think of the cult horror-comedy hit "Motel Hell", "IT TAKES ALL KINDS O' CRITTERS TO MAKE FARMER VINCENT'S FRITTERS!"

I wish people would realize that "bi polar" is short for "bipolar manic depression". It can come in multiple different forms.

Everyone is "familiar" with depression but I rarely see people talk about the mania. Being manic is not just having a lot of energy. It's having every emotion go from a scale of 1-10 to 1-100. If you're happy, it's the happiest you've ever been. If you get angry, you are absolutely furious, and anything can set you off. And when you get upset, it feels even lower than depression.

I cringed when the words "the sacrifice would end up being her eyes" got said. Not the first story I've heard like this, but it's disturbing af how drugs and/or mental illness can cause people to just mutilate themselves

I’m surprised Kaylee got that far in life considering her heart condition and all the stress she was under in her young life!

Don’t do meth, kids.

“It took me losing my eyes to get me back on the right path..”
Oh the irony 🥴

Robert Pickton is actually eligible for parole now. It’s not guaranteed he’d get it if he applies but people are (rightfully) upset that he’s even eligible for it. I myself live in BC so this is pretty big news in the province right now

My mom was friends with a lot of Picktons victims. She was actually with one of them the night she was taken. Georgina Pappin. My mom ad been sober for a few years, but she remembers her friends going missing. She still can’t talk about it to this day even though she’s been asked so many times to interview for podcasts, shows, documentaries etc. she’s 31 years sober now and so thankful she got out if the DTES. Every time the news talks about Pickton and his brother, she immediately has to turn it off or else she’ll start sobbing.
It’s so crazy how many people he knew and how many people trusted him. I had a coworker who actually lived on the farm with his mom during that time. Just goes to show you how persuasive serial killers really can be.
