The first one got me thinking how sad it must be to learn that a close family member especially your dad who raised you for all the most of your life being a killer-

My boyfriend's grandparents used to work with BTK (Dennis) and still live in the same neighbourhood his last house was in. The grandmother tells me that her daughter (who was a hairdresser) was asked by him if they wanted to go fishing someday, just the two of them, while he was getting his hair cut by her. She said "oh yeah, sure we should! That sounds fun" but was flaky and was like nah, I'm not going with that dude.

He also used to park right outside the grandparents house while he went and measured the height of grass for the city, cause that was his job, and that scared the grandmother thinking about it years later, when she was home alone and he would just park right there. Also, after he was caught and his family moved out of the house, the small town was trying to figure out what to do with BTK's house, and they decided to just bulldoze it. You can drive by it now, it's just an empty lot. Never turned it into a park.
