I eat it raw!! That is where the animal stores its sugar, so it tastes like candy. No joke.

You don't need silly supplements. Just eat it - cooked or raw. Raw is much better for you anyway and cooking time is quite a bit less. )))

How do they get it in capsule form? What’s the process to turn it from liver meat to powder? There has to be a lot of heat involved and that would take some if not most of the nutrients out? Just eat the real thing it’s inexpensive and delicious
