I loved The Undisputed series, used to watch them with dad when I was younger usually. I used to roll up an old mattress, tie some skip rope around it, place it on a small table by the wall in my room, and punch and kick it imagining I am him lol. That made me realize how tiring it is to fight, I was so tired just venting on that thing, what must be happening to pro fighters that get hit and have to endure the pain to deliver more? I respect them more
