I see that you already have the cans in place (or whatever you call those cylindrical metal structure in the ceiling). That's the hard part. I just bought a set of those lights and the HD rep said all I need is to saw a hole and install those things and that's all I need. Now, I realize that I will also need those light bulb receptacles. I am replacing my fluorescent tubings inside an outdated 80s light paneling and my handyman is an 18-year-old college kid who hasn't done this particular project in his life!

I have similar lights but when I slide them into place, they slide back down. Is there something I’m doing wrong?
