what would cause a 40 amp 220 breaker to humm it serves a EV level two charger station it only does it when a tesla is charging the breaker is warm to the touch during it but it never trips

Prob a STUPID question but why did you put electrical tape on your ratchet set? Is it going to stop the electrical current from touching you?

Not to nitpick, nor do i think its an issue, but any time ive installed nonmetallic liquidtight, its rated for 60 degrees in wet locations. So would the 2/0 copper technically be undersized in this scenario? I am in no way calling you a hack or saying you did anything wrong, just more of a code nerd debate. Im sure the inspector passed it and there will be no issue
