Could Russia attack Finland or Sweden?

Russia has warned both Finland and Sweden against joining NATO. Ukraine’s ambitions to join the Western alliance have been a huge touch-point in Russia’s attack. Jaroslaw Strozyk, a former director of analysis in the Polish military intelligence service says there is a possibility of Russian attack on these countries since they are not NATO members.
