I run an HOA and this is disgusting. Our bylaws state board members cant enter your property to inspect the exterior and I refuse to do that and I refuse to allow anyone else to do that (property manager, other members.) that is not my property and i legally have no right to enter your property let alone your dwelling. This dude is nuts and i hope she had him arrested and sued the HOA.
