How to Recover Lost iOS Data with Disk Drill

Sometimes your iPhone gets lost or damaged, which makes it very convenient that Disk Drill has the ability to recover your lost data from iOS devices.

Steps to recover lost iOS data:
1. Simply open up DIsk Drill, navigate to the left hand side bar near the top and select iPhones and iPads. From here you can recover directly from your iOS device or you can recover from one of your iOS device backups directly on your computer.
2. Once you've selected either the device or the backup you wish to recover files from, simply highlight it and click the large Blue Button in the lower right-hand corner that says - Search for lost data, from here Disk Drill will scan your device for all files and then start to compile a list of all of them for you to go over.
3. You can preview all of your different files to make sure that they're intact and recoverable, and you can also sort them via contacts, calendars, messages, text notes, videos, photos and more.
4. Once you've selected all the items that you wish to recover, simply click the big blue Recover button in the lower right hand of the screen. This will open up a window that asks you where you would like to send your files to, select the file destination of your choice.
5. Click OK. You can click show results in finder to verify that all of your files were covered properly and then you're all done.
