Dont purchase this product it will not help you. if you are able to click trust device on your phone screen ( like this program requires you to do) then you can retrieve your photos without it. Most people here have no access to the screen for various reasons and are pretty much SOL. Which Is honestly just apple being apple because you would be able to retrieve old photos from any other broken phone that isn't an Iphone.

I think my crashed coz of overloading by full space on the phone. I tried to transfer my pictures to my PC before it got like 0:17 screen (I chould nottrasfer till computer, I chould not eve delete pics on my phones, I started to delete apps that I did not use that much until I got short of apps I chould delete) then the only thing I chould see on my phones was the start logo, you knownthe Apple logo when you start the phone and nothing more happens.
