Hi Bill, I must firstly say that the Restaurant /Location is looking fantastic! Now, the Video is very well done, showing easily what you are trying to portray in a very reasonable time and as for the Greek...Exemplary! The dish you are showing looks and sounds mouth-watering and as for the "Apple" touch, I can vouch it works as I use that too! Did not hear about what herbs you added, but I'm sure the Oregano must have been part of that. My father's addition, which worked very well, would be a leaf of "Daphne", or Bay-Leaf, which goes very well in any "Stiphado". A job very well done in this excellent Video my friend. Especially liking the crazy graphics & visual effects, Bill! 😂 Joking aside, good luck with it and the liver dish looks great. Actually, what's interesting is I don't think people in the UK would ever eat offal in such quantities. Whereas in the past we probably did 👏
