Andy! Thank you so much for helping me with searching for a career .I have been searching for a job as a procurement engineer For the last six months and I couldn't get any and more than 95% of the time the company would just rejected my resume application and move on and even the remaining ones are not that interesting . But this week a startup Organisation called Trashcon, a waste management equipment manufacturer called me and conducted a telephonic interview while I was still sitting in my previous company and after 15mins of conversation, they were completely satisfied with my background and asked me join immediately, Also this is company that it Is run by an young female entrepreneur who is just 24 year old and an young team, who just what to make an impact on the life's of thousands of people by their products. This is my dream job because I want to work in a small yet dynamic work place, where it could give me a lot of exposure.
I used every trick you told, resume writing, building a network, spending at least an hour searching for job, telling what the hiring manager would want to hear etc .
Andy, you are my job hunting guru and helped me to get a job even in the midst of a pandemic as I lost hope of getting a new job this year.

The rules and word, then ATS, what about a human, entirely different format from last time I wrote a resume. This is great advice Andy! Such a simple statement that creates a big impact. I hate writing my resume mainly for a fear of leaving something out or it's not good enough. Just write the darn thing, stop thinking about it and just do it! Get it to the people that will look at it!!

Andrew, I received your 5-resume template set but was not able to use it as instructed. I could not delete the content in italics. I tried a cut and paste technique, and also my keyboard delete key. The italicized copy stood firm. I like your template the best. Please help me. What am I doing wrong?
