Slow Motion Explosion of Frozen Soda

We have had sub freezing temperatures for the last few days and so we froze a few 2 liter bottles of soda solid and dropped them from a balcony onto the pavement and captured their explosions on video. The sodas used were diet coke, regular coke, wegman's ginger ale and wegman's diet cola. The two that bounced at first were both wegman's brand. The only one that seemed to have truly been frozen solid in the middle was the diet coke.
