Holy cow man...slow down! I want to understand what you are saying...you take a deep breath and then you talk so fast and the pitch of your voice goes up, and then as you end a sentence the pitch drops..just make a coffee, slow down, relax and go at 1/2 to 3/4 speed...it almost sounds like you have a time deadline and you need to cram as much in as you can. Sadly because of this I cant fully understand your instructions..
