I don't understand what he is saying? Winlogon.exe is at bottom? I have about two hundred items and went to bottom did not see that item. I have at least 50 'Microsoft Edge update (32bit)' in the task manager? why? I'm running at 64 bit. Where is the 'winlogon.exe'?
