If you're a singer, you're going to get sick.

But what if you still have to perform, even if you're not feeling well.

Unfortunately, learning how to sing while you're sick is an incredibly common but important vocal lesson.

Today, I'll show you my 10 favorite tips for getting your voice back, even if you're sick.

I had cold that lasted almost a month and had to do 10 shows within a span of 12 days. Try "Tulsi" drops mixed with hot water and take sip by sip. Worked like a miracle for me.

One time I had strepthroat. That was the only time I ever had a challenge with my vocals and I am a tenor, with a versatile style. I was told to take a few weeks off, but felt well after one to return and my regular voice was nearly gone, but my falsetto I never really used much prior except when needed grew very strong and gained another octave. My regular voice did return, though it was rough at first, I was careful with it to pick the songs that's compliment it. I've had some issues with my voice as I've grown older as a singer, and I tend to dance too and that is very difficult. I now have a disease that has affected my voice and sometimes its very strong, other times it's very rough and have to work it carefully. Great video. Love learning new ideas and methods. I'm getting ready to perform in a few days and will try to at least rest and take Tylenol if needed. I also take allergy medicine sometimes to help with breathing.

I have a sinus infection RN and have to sing but my voice is like when I scream too much in metal my throat is sore ASF rn from drainage... I'm an alto (can sing tenor if I drop my alto an octave)... This helps a lot! Thxxxx
Edit: I'm also coughing my head off this week and running high fever (39°C at most) my sinuses are killing me rn

Hi matt : i have a problem i hit everynote perfectly and if someone is hearing mewhile singing it will not hurt his ear but to me my voice is not beautiful or fabulous it make me feel something is missing and i can't find that missing tune in my singing what do i do? 😥

Thanks for the tips...I'm not a pro but enjoy a good Tuesday Karaoke at my local watering hole where people say I have a good voice 😅. Last Tuesday though I went after my throat was soar a few days prior aaaand woke up the next day not being able to talk more than a raspy whisper so I'm hoping I didn't completely blow out my voice. I'll have to use some of these methods like the Iodine.

Am from India and English is not my native language. I can sing in English but sometimes . There are some songs that puzzle me to how I pronounce that.
Which is very difficult for me.
