Roasted white tea from Menghai in the Benshan pot...a classic matchup. Even more classic: Don vs. the kettle. Priceless!

If that’s the OXO Kettle, I found their customer service very helpful. It was a few years ago, but they were very willing to replace my faulty kettle.

Video Idea: Can you make a video that brings insight to clay pot's tea patina, leaf build-up in the spout vs mold? Also, I heard Hydrogen Peroxide is a great way to get rid of mold then a cycle of boiling the pot in a deep pan. I can't fathom how someone could recommend vinegar when mentioning porous clay (the smell stays). This video would be of great value for all these expensive pots. I found some build up in my spout, freaked out and did some research. Its most likely tea leave build up but will clean it anyway.

If buying the 3 stick pack with some for aging - your recommendation - would you store in the bamboo or remove the tea from the bamboo - to store in air tight bags?

Interesting brewing method, I usually drink either the tea pyramids / bags or do a brew in a large tea pot with a teaspoon perhaps of tea mix.
Just had a nice Lovare Tea Pyramid, Champagne Splashes, this evening it was even better than before, and now I've just come up with your channel and subscribed.
I love tea, much better than coffee, Coffee is a morning drink to wake up, Tea is an evening drink to relax.
