So if I don't get the new PSU, what difference will I notice using a 5v 1000ma PSU? Currently running Kodi on an old Pi 1 modB and was thinking of upgrading to the Pi 2B, then this was announced today.

as I was happy with the first version of raspberry pi whcih is still used as a xbmc other version just don't work for me for some weird reason. I would love to get raspberry pi v3 but Im am a bit sceptic about it. if I will get this one and it will nto work again... well i just do not want to lose money again.
