How to enable audio only mode on a TCL Google TV?

How to get Audio only mode where TV screen is turned off but audio is coming from the TV (or connected external device such as AVR/Bluetooth speakers/headphones)? Using TCL 55C735 TV running Android TV 11 (with Google TV interface) I show the procedure.
