Sir please make an video on, is there is any other issue that neighbors brings stay order for construction.

For example: we have neighbors, they are not allowing us to make windows for their side wall and there is sufficient gap between houses. Is there is any such law they can do so

Sir, I bought a vacant land 4 years back and made a boundary and left it unattended - the land is in another city from where I live, I recently visited and to my shock my neighbour had constructed a house of about 100 sq ft in my land breaking my boundary, on enquiring to the corporation they haven’t taken any approval for the building, and I had asked the corporation Govt surveyor to measure the land, which they did by issuin notice to my neighbours of both sides and in the survey it proved the encroachment, I spoke to my neighbour about it and I told them to remove the building extended into my land but they are refusing, what is the correct procedure to deal with this other than taking them to the court, and if I take them to the court what is the time line I will be looking at to close this issue .

Hi Mr Reddy thanks for providing such useful infor. My issue is i bought an appartment which had 2 enterences. 1 frm main enterence and other frm kitchen side. Just recently the maintenance i/c of our building says we cannot use the kitchen side enterence and my neighbour has blocked my door by keeping their stuff when i was out of country. He says that door was meant for emergency purpose which contradicts the very safety as its common staircase area where no one should be keeping any personal stuff as per fire safety norms. And no where its mentooned in the sale deed that this enterence has to be used only for emergency purpose. Pls advise what action i should be taking for this breach of my property?

Sir, my house has no proper way on the east side and we have a proper street on the north side of our property. We wanted to go from north now but the people living on that side is creating problem and objecting us from opening a proper gate on that side. I am not sure, whether that street is a govt. Property or a street created from their donated lands. What shall i do.

Sir is any mandatory rule by govt for plantation in apartment without failure.
I'm staying in apartment which has 10 flots in 5 floors. (2 flots in each floor)

Sir, I bought the land five years ago from the Power of attorney after verification of all government records. Now old owner claims that POA is illegal and mispersonified. Now property is on my name for five years. I build a house on it two years ago. Old owner filed case on us 77a of registration act. Now I am verifying the document i come to know that old said all are true. How can save my property and house if the land has been transferred to old owner by registor u/s 77 of registration act

Hello sir🙏 we have constructed a house leaving 4 ft of set back in ground flour, but in first flour v have extended a balcony in that area, so next site owner is creating a big issue and not convincing to leave, he is telling to demolish that full balcony. Plz give us some clarity
