It definitely was no accident. He full well knew what he was doing. Even premeditated cause he took down the emergency exit signs off the doors before pulling the alarm. If you congress men & women don’t stand to this and make him pay for his blatant disgraceful actions, y’all are complicit.

Charge him because he knew better and has pleaded guilty. Congress should Remove him from office or Censor him from being part of any committee, and only allow for him to be able to vote if he is there a full 15 minutes before. This will ensure he does not get "confused" or "hurried" again.
