Jamaal Bowman says Trump should be convicted: 'America needs a reckoning'

Jamaal Bowman has said that American needs a reckoning with Donald Trump now charged with 34 financial crimes.

Speaking to The Independent, the New York congressman said Donald Trump would need to be convicted for the justice system to show its worth.

A Democrat, Jamaal represents New York's 16th Congressional District, which covers much of The Bronx area of the city.
