Starting from Today Weight - 66 -
Day 1: 100
Day 2: 100, with 40 cross fit and breathing exercise.
Day 3: 100, with 40 cross fit, 80 jumping jacks, breathing exercises.
Day 4 : 100 belly exercise And stretch
Day 5 and 6 I was ill -
DAY 7: 100 belly exercise and stretch
Day 7: 100 belly exercise and stretch . Change in belly shape
Day 8 :100 belly exercise and stretch
Day 9: 100 belly exercise with dance and stretch.
Day 10 : 100 belly exercise and 70 jumping jacks
Day 11 : 100 belly exercise with jogging
Day 12: 100 belly exercise
Day 13: 100 belly exercise, jumping jacks
Day 14 : 100 belly exercise, no change yet in belly .

After two weeks Gap resuming exercise again
I have started strict diet . And alone any exercise can't work.

I have started this exercise from 5th November 2024. I do this exercise 100 times in the morning and 100 times in the evening. I am feeling very good within 3 days❤

Yes..this is very effective..im doing it from last 15 days and there is lot of difference i can see and feel. I started with 30 times and incresing gradually ❤

I'm going to try this today will update daily!
Day 1 : this exercise 50 times
Regular workout for 15 mins
Day 2: still same
(maintaining a proper diet)
It was still the same as day 5
Day 8 i started finding ease in doing it
Day 15 i lost 1 kg and my bust feels light
Day 16-18 my leg feels so much pain joints hurt
And day 21 i lost 2 kg my size is 32 now it was 35 inch before

Day 02: I felt a little bit energetic and the exercise became bit easy for me than day 01.
Day 03: Today I did it 40 times.. my whole body aches due to exercise.
