this is how I simply install drawer slides. I do not need a jig, I don't even need a tape measure. this works for me almost perfectly every time. I can do this with frameless or framed and I only need to change the size of my spacer block if I want my drawers with more or less space around them.

My compliments, my good man! I am just learning to become a wood worker and have never built a drawer, or installed slides on one. Without your video help I was suffering and failing miserably!! Once I watched how to attach the slide to the drawer like you do, and then attach the drawer side with the paint stir stick as a spacer, it worked out perfectly!! Well done and my sincere thanks for the "how to" video!!

I just discovered you, thanks to your great method for mounting drawer slides. I put nine drawers in a cabinet using your method. Easy and fast. I scanned through your other videos and saw the short presentation of the Foreman-like pocket hole machine. I sure wish you would make a build video and set of plans for it. Thanks.

Hey Robert, another excellent, easy-to-follow video. I've always stayed away from adding drawers to my projects because of the fear of having to install them. Other channels make it seem like you need special tools and jigs in order to get the job done. Now I'll look on your channel to see if you have an easy-to-follow video on how you made the drawers. (If you don't have one, please consider making one). I have a few projects around the shop and home that can use some pull-out drawers. (Edited: I just found the drawer videos) Thanks again for sharing.

I was always the child who held the flashlight or handed the tools to my dad when he needed help with various projects. Luckily, I learn a lot by watching -and now your video has helped me better understand what I should have done yesterday (ack) when I tried to install drawer slides and failed miserably- lol.

I think it’s a task that has a tricky “simplicity” - sure the other videos I watched earlier made it seem easy- but Michael Phelps made swimming fast seem easy too… ;)
