Upgrade 2 frigates to general, more troops will materialize as soon as you conquer the port. Send the fleet south, get rid of the submarine first, then occupy the port and destroy the fort
Now you own two more armies: a second fleet in the center and those on the northeastern island. Prioritize the island upgrading your artillery to general. Also, the city in the island gives 200 knowledge points, these buy you 8 bombing tactics that deliver 480 point damage to the enemy. (60 per hit). Focus it on the enemy generals
Upgrade the battleship and 2 frigates (in the middle of the sea) to generals. so now you should have 6 generals
To improve the attack/defense output, attack first enemy ships with the green circle. Their destructions reduce the enemy's morale, then sandwich enemy troops (one in front, one behind) for further morale drop. 
The enemy will try to conquer back the southwest port and you are attacked by artillery in the back. Prioritize in sandwiching the green circled enemy general.

Hehe i knew this mision needed some tech upgrade 1st when i saw all thos brits ships. Exp from world conqueror 4 and napoleon🤣 thx for the tips i did the mistake to put all my genarals in the ships intead save a few for artillery, also the items in the generals effects like the healing items get stashed?
