A good name does make a lot of difference, as well as “proper presentation” for the situation (see following tweet ... tmrw) had a good laugh at the radios (heard similar stories from my great gran long ago). I think the RN could have fit two additional turrets if they moved the engines & increased the funnel size whilst cutting down one ... otherwise a very good summary (thus far) & another great video . What exactly were the light forces doing if they weren't engaging their counterparts? Were they just screening?
Also the Lion class and its follow-on sub-classes seem underrated to me though and I am assuming this is because of the loss of Queen Mary at Jutland. But the Lion took an awful pounding twice while Princess Royal and the Tiger also took lots of heavy hits at Jutland but all kept going and fighting.

The best thing that could have happened for the British would have been an early German hit taking out Beatty's signal officer, Seymour. Since that didn't happen, Seymour should, at the very least, been awarded an Iron Cross by the Kaiser.

The 13.5" guns were a product of the BB contemporaries. The small tube boilers though, they probably should have had those. Honestly, I don't rate Watts as highly as d'Eyncourt or White. Too many gross errors and lacking in innovation. (Yes, I know he built Dreadnought and I'll still stand by that statement.)

what gage is the model railroad. In a battle where you greatly out number your foe shouldn't you keep roughly a third of the destroyers In reserve to sink the slowed but not sinking enemy ships with torpedoes. your destroyers have the speed to run them down or if disaster occurs launch torpedoes and smoke screen to cover retreat.
