So a friend gave me a $25 giftcard for the PlayStation, and it wouldn't let it work, saying my wallet was full even though there was only $5 in it. Trying to fix that, I accidentally took $50 from my bank account and put it into the wallet.
I asked support to see if there was anything they could do about it; then I was told that they couldn't reverse the transaction and since my friend lost the receipt for the gift card, there was nothing I could do about that.
I remember when I bought a game on the Xbox store without really thinking, I asked Microsoft if I could get rid of the game. They allowed it and I got my money back into my bank account. I love the PlayStation, but that really upset me.

Haven't seen it commented anywhere else yet but Sony "introduced" the ability to download games from PS Now back in September of last year

As far as "console streaming" did we forget about Remote Play for PS, only on the Vita, PSP, PSTv, PC and Mobile (Originally only on sony mobile phones). I think remote play has been around since ps3? its ok on your local network, not so much over the internet.
