Opt-out without feeling left out by trying Lyre's non-alcoholic cocktails at Nobu in West Hollywood.

Nobu restaurants, part of the Nobu Hospitality group are a collaboration between Hollywood icon, Robert de Niro, chef Nobu Matsuhisa San, and film producer and entrepreneur Meir Teper.

The first Nobu restaurant opened in 1994 in New York after De Niro fell in love with Matsuhisa San’s food served at his Los Angeles restaurant and then courted him for an East Coast project. Fast forward two and a half decades and Nobu is now a global culinary icon, with dozens of unique and celebrated sites in some of the world's most beautiful cities and locations.

We’re excited to see our range listed across a number of Nobu venues worldwide, and today, we’re going to shine a light on their sublime West Hollywood location, where it’s not about the scene but all about exceptional food and experiences.

Daniel Garcia, General Manager and Todd Bauer, Bartender discuss the importance of offering non-alcoholic cocktail options to their discerning clientele and show off their mixology talents with the creation of their spectacular "Dry Bonsai" cocktail featuring the Lyre's Spirit Co 'Dry London' spirit.

Libations!
