i hate when some bars don’t do virgin drinks. I feel like people who can’t drink should still be able to have the fun experience with friends just without the alcohol and sometimes you want more than just soda

I'm a bartender. When I see someone at a bar not drinking & they look kinda bored, I LOVE making fancy little fruit/soda concoctions for them. You never know why someone isn't drinking, and they deserve to have a good time too!

In Germany we call Juice with sparkling water "Schorle" and it's a normal thing everywhere. Drinks menus always have the option Schorle or pure for juices!

Yup, never let anyone pressure you to consume alcohol. I love mineral water, sometimes with diet lime cordial in it, other times I will put some aloe vera and honey in it. Both options are nice.

Good to know being that I’m in the AA program so I don’t drink. It looks delicious. I can’t wait to order it. I’m 3 months and 15 days sober today and I’ve only gone out with sober friends so far. I’ve also been around family while they were drinking with no problem. This will come in handy when I’m ready to attend events where people around me will be drinking. 🥰

I gave up alcohol 3 years ago. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Most cocktail bars can whip up something creative, but at pubs I ask for club soda with lime ☺️

I get so happy when restaurants/bars have pomegranate juice. Pom juice with soda water is my fav; and ever since I stopped drinking I realized it’s way easier to order a mock tail that stand around and have ppl ask why you’re not drinking

I've also only had positive experiences asking for non-alcoholic drinks! Every good bar should have them and very good bars will have bartenders who are very excited to come up with something 🥰

Alright, so, something you can do in my area is order virgin versions of drinks and cocktails. Basically it's all the same things but without any alcohol.
