Acting Showcase: Lean on Me Scene (Joe Clark and Dr. Frank Napier Confrontation)

For my scene study acting class's concluding showcase, my scene partner Matthew Williams and I decided to work on the iconic confrontation scene between Joe Clark (portrayed by Morgan Freeman) and Dr. Frank Napier (portrayed by Robert Guillaume) from the movie Lean on Me (written by Michael Schiffer & directed by John G. Visually, Stillness promotes power and strength.
When you move around too much and you dissipate your energy, it shows a lack of confidence and doesn’t read well.
Restraint and knowing when to move would really take this scene to the next level.
