Love your updates Tom .At 57 years of age and still in the construction industry .I started as an electrician wanted to be a tradesman and school wasn’t my thing. Now hold a position of Senior Project Manager with a major Global Real Estate firm.In between I did need to study up to a level of a Masters in PM if I was to command a more than competitive salary .At my age I’m happy where I am and enjoy now mentoring young people that want to find there pathway into the construction industry.I have always been proud to be just known as a tradesman reminds me from where I started from.Keep those videos coming .All the best from Sydney Australia 🇦🇺

I have a Business Management degree and have been trying to land a construction job to no avail. Ultimately, I would like to become a PM one day. Any suggestions for someone trying to pursue this career path and break into this industry?
