Best Steak Marinade Ever - What Is Cooking Now?

This marinade is perfect for tougher cuts of meat, such as flank or skirt steak, as it tenderizes as well adds tons of flavor to the meat.

•1/3 cup soy sauce
•1/2 cup olive oil
•juice of 1 large lemon
•1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
•1½ tablespoons garlic powder
•3 tablespoons dried basil
•1½ tablespoons dried parsley flakes
•1 teaspoon white pepper
•1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
•2 cloves garlic, minced

I have tried this marinade for my steaks now 6 times and I have to say it never disappoints. So much flavor. We usually side it with roasted brocilli n carrots and mashed potatos. The juices go so well with the potatos and the veggies. Yummm. Thanks for sharing this one. I call this my Anniversary Steaks Marinade. LOL
